Data Subject Rights
Take in and route requests from individuals who want to access, correct, or delete the personal data you hold on them, with automated status tracking end to end.
Request types
| Type | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Access | Provide a copy of the personal data held about the requester. |
| Correction | Fix inaccurate or outdated personal data on file. |
| Deletion | Erase personal data once retention obligations allow it. |
| Grievance | Log and resolve a complaint about how data was handled. |
Submitting a request
Requesters use a branded end-user form to identify themselves and state what they want. Once submitted, the request lands in the request records queue with a unique reference number the requester can use to check status.
Configuring workflows

Design the request form
Choose which request types are accepted and what fields the form collects.
- 2
Build the end-user profile
Define how a requester's identity is verified before a request proceeds.
- 3
Route to the right team
Assign each request type to an owner and set an SLA for resolution.
- 4
Track to closure
Follow status changes on the request records screen until it is resolved.
